On the day of the move, there was no active information from the moving company regarding a delay or delay, or I did not have a reliable central contact who would coordinate the move. After a large number of phone calls with the head office as well as alleged moving teams and some unclear information, the sub-company commissioned by the moving company in the background (this was not communicated in any way in advance) could be reached.

The removal team arrived approx. 2.5 hours late with a 3 man truck instead of the 2 man truck as instructed. The on-site contact partner appeared to me to be uncooperative and sometimes personally suspicious! An attempt was made on site to estimate expenses that did not match the written agreement or the tariff sheet with the head office. The flat rate agreed on site was not clearly understandable for me until the end. There was no motivation from the contact person to explain the positions to me and to make them transparent.

Due to the significant delay and the evening that had already begun, I was forced to move the move to the next day, which for me was associated with various organizational hurdles (vacation situation at work, handover date of the landlord, etc.).

Several attempts at attempting a goodwill solution or a proposal for an expense allowance or the like ended in always one-sided communication with Quicktrans.

Murhpy's law prevailed here 100%. In conclusion, I can also express a clear (at least 100%) non-recommendation for Quicktrans.

At MöbelpackerWien.at I contacted a company that wanted to transport 5 items of furniture for me at a flat rate of 80 euros.
Half an hour late, 2 men and trucks came and unprofessionally and clumsily loaded the furniture. At the place of arrival, the chauffeur came into the apartment with an order form and wanted to record my details first. It turned out that this order slip was from Quicktrans, I refused my data and wanted to know what costs it would write on the slip. Reluctantly, he enumerated all the detailed costs such as insurance, increased hourly rates, arrival and departure surcharges and heavy load surcharges. I referred to the flat rate and explained to him that I would pay an extra hour. After I threatened him with the police, we agreed on 120 euros. In the last attempt he wanted to leave a heavy part on the first floor if I did not pay in advance, whereupon I said again that my next call would be the police and a report to the tax office. Ultimately, we had our furniture. However, this is the second time I've come to kiss the hand through such a company, but you learn. These companies work with constantly changing company names and phone numbers. The only way to defend yourself is through threats and resolute behavior. Simply disgusting.

I had a small private move. Should be transported ..
1 box 240x240 (already disassembled into manageable individual parts)
2 solid wood boxes (120x190x50)
1 chest of drawers
1 narrow bookcase
1 wooden bench (1 seater)

At first, the e-mail contact was quick (quick answers, also to queries), friendly. I got a confirmation call for the appointment 3 days earlier.

But then the implementation ..

At another moving company, the 2 said boxes were within 20 minutes and properly lashed). After the instructions on how the transport could be carried out, the boxes were finally moved easily by Quicktrans.

Loading time: 2.5 hours (!)

When unloading: the performers had no equipment whatsoever (e.g. risers) although the situation (1st floor without elevator) was known beforehand. The staircase railings and walls were damaged by the removal service. Here again a noticeably slow working method.
Invoice: a form in which all previously fixed prices were listed differently.

When calling the company (between collection and delivery and again at the destination) all points were ignored, the person to be booked was accused of simply not having understood everything correctly. Only after a man answered the phone were the complaints taken seriously - although no replacement or cost reduction was offered.

Conclusion: the furniture was transported from A to B on the specified day. Long idle times and waiting times. Professionalism in furniture transport is doubtful.

At first almost two hours late without apology, as if that were a matter of course!
After that everything happened very quickly. Here the need to move was taken advantage of and people were strongly urged to sign. The price was initially set at almost 600 euros. After a long discussion, it was reduced to 535, and then reluctantly decided again to 400 euros. I had to sign the completed slip of paper with the cost information beforehand, even though the move has not yet taken place. In addition, I had to sign before the move that none of the items were damaged!
I only saw the invoice once and never received it again, although it was claimed that I would receive it after the move, if the payment was made. I didn't get it, just a confirmation that I paid. I had to leave my email address and was told the invoice would be emailed.

In short: please do not use the QuickTrans company, there is a gang of fraudsters behind it! Blackmailers, scammers and exploiters!

Not to be recommended!

For a small move with only a few pieces of furniture, a move time of 2-3 hours was agreed by phone with 2 people at 39 euros per hour.
On the day of the move, 3 workers showed up as well as the "boss" who suddenly wanted a flat rate of 600 €.
An absolute cheek. The whole thing then took an hour with the probably slowest workers in all of Vienna !!

We traded the price like at the bazaar. Completely unprofessional on the one hand and the workers couldn't even speak a word of German. Probably some men who pick you up from the working class and who don't have a work permit.

Danger! This company cheats you down by the grain. I won't tell the whole story here, as it is well known that it always runs the same.

Conclusion:
2 men were ordered, 3 came (too late of course).
500 euros paid for 3 men and 3 hours of work (price according to the homepage would be 162 euros). The guys even had the audacity to ask 800 euros in advance.

You get caught freezing on the day of the move and then don't really have a choice. That is exploited rock hard. If you look around the internet a little, you'll see that this company has been pulling the same scam for years. I wonder how something like that can get away with a constitutional state.

It is well advised to keep your hands off this company.

Danger! This moving company is one of the finest scammers! I called möbelpacker24 and gave a detailed description of the furniture that needed to be moved. The "boss" personally made me a flat rate and an appointment was made. On the said day, 2 men came with an old and rusty truck, from which the individual body parts literally fell off. The men spoke German very badly. When we arrived at the apartment, the nightmare began: They looked at the furniture and began to get upset incomprehensibly and threatened us that we should pay much more for this work. When I refused, they got louder and more aggressive. In the end I paid the higher price because we had to move urgently within 2 days. You don't get an invoice, you can take a photo of it or pick it up yourself from the “boss” at the head office. The absolute cheek, however, was that the two men spent most of the work smoking, eating, and sitting around. An absolutely bold company that should be properly advertised. Stay away from it!
